Four minute man? Not usually something to brag about. But hey for others it's something to shoot for. And when it comes to cycling 4km under 4 minutes in single pursuit it was unheard of. I did the math and put it in American. It works out to over 37 mph for 4 mins. Croom's guest this week, Ashton Lambie, did that unheard of and broke the 4 minute barrier and set a new world record in the process.
